IAMA's annual NewWorks Festival returns in person November 11 through 14!

Staged readings of six new plays currently in development will be presented over the course of one weekend, November 11 through 14, as part of the IAMA’s annual NewWorks Festival at the Broadwater Second Stage!

Lifeline by Robert Axelrod - Thursday, Nov. 11 at 8 p.m.

Eddie's Love by Larry Powell - Friday, Nov. 12 at 8 p.m.

Gusherby Jan Rosenberg - Saturday, Nov. 13 at 3 p.m.

The Very Best People by John Lavelle - Saturday, Nov. 13 at 8 p.m.

The Play My Family Can't Know Exists by Melissa Jane Osborne* - Sunday, Nov. 14 at 3 p.m.

Invisible by Douglas Lyons - Sunday, Nov. 14 at 8 p.m.

All readings will take place at the Broadwater Second Stage, 6320 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90038. Tickets are free, but reservations are recommended. Proof of full vaccination, or a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours, and valid ID are required for admission. Patrons must remain fully masked throughout the performances.
