Margaux Susi is a Cuban-Jewish director and actor from Miami. This means she loves salsa dancing and her mother asks her once a week when she’ll be given a grandchild. Margaux’s most drawn to slightly irreverent comedies that are character driven. If it’s messy, absurd, and punches you in the gut with some truth, Margaux’s your girl.

 

Her short film gutsstarring Kate Burton and Angela Giarratana, World Premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. Her last film, The Sperm Bank, World Premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival. Margaux's other films have played at Hollyshorts, Austin Film Fest, RiverRun, DeadCenter, among others.

 

As an English Dubbing director Margaux has directed 7 international series for Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu.

 

Margaux is the Associate Artistic Director of the award-winning IAMA Theatre Company in Los Angeles where she currently resides. She most recently Associate Directed Alexis Scheer's 'Our Dear Dead Drug Lord' at Center Theatre Group in association with IAMA Theatre Co. which got rave reviews. Margaux also directed Sheila Carrasco’s (CBS' Ghosts) solo show 'Anyone But Me' for IAMA’s virtual season which the LA Times raved had “stellar direction.” 

 

As an actor, Margaux can be seen in Hulu's ClockFX'S Better ThingsNetflix’s Dear White PeopleApple TV's Central Park, Disney's Olaf's Frozen Adventure, and over 30 dubs on Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. You also know Margaux from the hit improv show 'The Blind Date Project' with Bojana Novakovic. Having completed sold-out runs in NYC, Edinburgh, Cincinnati, and Williamstown, the show played in LA for over 3 years.
